The practice of landscape architecture is the practice of an art form. Design form shall reflect meaning and function.

EarthArt is Mike Swanson and associates. Mike is a California Registered Landscape Architect #2981. A 1978 graduate
of the Landscape Architecture program at the University of Florida, Mike has been designing
and building award-winning and nationally published San Diego landscapes since 1979.

Through experience and understanding of southern California’s unique natural and cultural
environment, Earth Art will incorporate these specialized factors into the enhancement of your home or business:

EarthArt strives to respond to clients’ needs, NOT the other way around. EarthArt offers a number of packages ranging from basic conceptual plans to full sets of working drawings that address requirements prescribed by homeowners’ associations, governmental agencies, and detailing and specification needs. Custom packages may also be offered, combining two or more packages to fulfill your own unique design program requirements. Typically, a site meeting is arranged to meet and discuss your vision as it relates to the site. During this meeting, we will touch on:
· Site opportunities and/or constraints
· Client program requirements
· Budgetary needs
· Legal/planning/ HOA concerns
· Cost and timing of design/build process
· Any other concerns relative to particular or unique project considerations
